Clark Cemetery Association By-Laws
The Clark Cemetery Association Board of Trustees periodically proposes changes in the Association By-Laws in order to meet the needs of the Association members and make corrections as necessary. Any changes made to the By-Laws must be presented to the members for a vote at the next available Annual Meeting. The Clark Cemetery Association Secretary or the President will read aloud the current By-Laws and proposed changes. The President will then ask the members to vote by a show of hands (members may also vote by ballots sent to the secretary when deemed necessary). A change in the By-Laws requires 1.) approval by the Board of Trustees, and 2.) a majority vote in favor by members present at the next Annual Meeting.
The By-Laws approved in 2010 were revised in 2012 and are available for viewing HERE.
